Delivery

We always try to have stock available of all our items and will deliver within 24 hours of your order if stock is available.
However due to some of our products being hand made please allow upto 28 days for delivery.
If you have got a special date in mind please either
1. state the date you wish to recieve the item by on the order page
2. send a separate email to charlottethompson@mac.com stating the date you wish to receive the item by
3. or telephone 01625419622 and we will arrange delivery time for you.

We know how important your delivery is and will always try to accommodate any request where possible.

Spare bulbs can be ordered by telephoning 01625 419622 (each light comes with a spare bulb)

Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it to us please do so in the original packaging. We will issue you with a full refund for the full price of the goods, including the cost of sending the item to you. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

Should you recieve an item and it is damaged or faulty please report it to us by post or email within 7 days. Then you may return it to us in the original packaging (even if the packaging has been damaged) and upon receipt of the damaged goods we will issue you with a replacement item or a full refund including the cost of sending the item to you and your return delivery costs.

Your refund will usually be sent via the same method of payment within 7 days of receiving the goods.
